The lineage is real
Professor Rylan Lizares is a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt under the legendary Master Pedro Sauer, a Mundial World Championship medalist, and one of Hawai'i's most decorated grapplers — with over two decades on the mats.
He's cornered Max "Blessed" Holloway — including the night Holloway fought Conor McGregor — plus 30+ UFC, Invicta and ONE Championship bouts across four continents. That corner-level coaching is what every student gets, from day one.
The comeback
When a burst pipe flooded our academy, over 100 students, family members and friends showed up the same day — moving equipment, cleaning, rebuilding. That's not a gym. That's a family. While the academy is restored, training continues at our temporary home, and the doors will reopen better than ever.
